Intensity limit zones on the exterior
Description
Delimitation of the security band with control of compatible vulnerable elements (no residential use and public concurrence, except for compatible industrial uses) based on the zone of limit effects or extremes outside, that is, this area includes the area where the consequences about the population or vulnerable elements are especially significant due to the special intensity of the effects of the emergency.
