Beds by Region and Discipline
Description
The data-set contains data on the beds of public and equivalent hospitals, and on the beds for the accredited activity of accredited private nursing homes, as at 1 January of the reference year.
As from 2010, for each Region and for each discipline, the data relating to the allocation of beds, divided into ordinary hospital beds, paid hospital beds, day hospital beds, day surgery beds and total beds, are shown in separate rows.
