Ecological protection areas in the Northwest Mediterranean, Ligurian Sea and Tyrrhenian Sea (ZPE)
Description
Presidential Decree No 209 of 27 October 201 — Regulation establishing ecological protection areas in the north-western Mediterranean, the Ligurian Sea and the Tyrrhenian Sea. The ecological protection zones (EPZs) in Italy, within the meaning of Article 1 of Law No 61 of 8 February 2006, are ecological protection zones of the Mediterranean in compliance with the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, done at Montego Bay on 10 December 1982.
