Description
The series contains 3 datasets: ‘Water puller’, ‘speed’ and ‘sections’. The ‘Water’ and ‘Specific’ datasets represent the national mosaic of the areas where the estimation of water rods and flow rates within floodable areas has been carried out, for each of the different scenarios provided for in Article 6 of Directive 2007/60/EC (Floods Directive): high probability (H), mean probability (M) and low probability (L) of occurrence. The “Sections” represent the national mosaic of the cross-sections of watercourses (linear geometry) in which the speed and flow rate water pull values are detected for each of the three probability scenarios mentioned above. The return of the geometries relating to hydraulic characteristics is the result of the update of the Flood Risk Management Plans for the 2nd planning cycle (PGRA 2016-2021) pursuant to Articles 14 and 15 of Directive 2007/60/EC.
