Note 3b programme expenditure by regional office extracted from the 2009-10 Learning and Skills Council's Annual Report and Accounts (page 60). Successor organisation updates to dataset will be split between the Skills Funding Agency and YPLA. The dataset also includes the figures for 2008-2009.
