The rents presented here are taken from the real estate announcements published in the daily and specialist press, and on the real estate portal [IMMOTOP.LU] (http://www.immotop.lu/). These are not necessarily the rents actually paid by the tenants, but the rents requested by the landlords at the time of the rental of the property, before any negotiation.
The Observatoire de l'Habitat updates quarterly statistics on the advertised rents of apartments and houses by municipality, based on real estate ads published during the previous twelve months.
