Parking Authority (PARC) Provides public parking to serve existing needs and future demands.

Data Dictionary:
OBJECTID_1 - Unique internal identifier
Pole - Id number of the pole the meter is on
Space_Number - If one meter on a pole, the id of the space the pole covers
Space_Number_Double - If two meters on a pole, the id of the first space the pole covers
Space_Number_Double_2 - If two meters on a pole, the id of the second space the pole covers
Meter_Address - Street address of the meter. Note: some meters are not aligned to a specific street address
Meter Bagging Rate - Cost for permitted entities to reserve the meter for a day
Meter Type - Manufacturer of meter: POM, IPS
IPS Meter Model - If IPS, the model id of the meter
Cost - cost per hour
Max Time - Maximum time allowed at the meter in hours
Hours of Operation - General description of hours of operation
Status - Status of the meter. Note: not used yet.
No Stopping AM Start - Weekdays - No stopping start hour (12 hour format, am) on weekdays
No Stopping AM Stop - Weekdays - No stopping stop hour (12 hour format, am) on weekdays
No Stopping PM Start - Weekdays - No stopping start hour (12 hour format, pm) on weekdays
No Stopping PM Stop - Weekdays - No stopping stop hour (12 hour format, pm) on weekdays
Enforcement Hours Start - When enforcement starts (12 hour format, am)
Enforcement Hours Stop - When enforcement stops (12 hour format, pm)
Enforcement Days - Days of week of enforcement
Maximum Time - Minutes - Maximum time allowed at the meter in minutes
x - Longitude coordinate
y - Latitude coordinate
