Development applications submitted to Planning and Design Services between January 2010 and June 2018. Only new construction is shown.

Denied and abandoned applications are not included.

Please refer to the case file for details about approval or denial. Case files may be researched at the online data portal.

Some applications which have multiple application numbers have been collapsed into a single application number.

"Applications" means applications for development submitted to Louisville Metro's Office of Planning and Design Services.

No effort has been made to ascertain if the proposed construction has been started or completed.

Data are as accurate as possible, but no warranty is made as to the accuracy.

Data are maintained on a twice-yearly basis by the Office of Planning and Design Services.

Latitude and longitude coordinates are provided for mapping purposes. XCoord and YCoord coordinates refer to NAD 1983 StatePlane Kentucky North FIPS 1601 (US feet) projection.
