Locations and extents of selected energy extraction facilities in the Colorado River Basin
Description
This dataset provides land use polygons for 5 types of electricity producing power plants and 1 type of energy extraction facility in the counties within or intersecting with the Colorado River Basin boundaries. The polygons are coarse representation of the aerial extent of these facilities. This area calculation is used to fill in other information in this data release, and not designed to provide high-fidelity mapping.
