The Local Organizations Movement Towards Self-Reliance (LO-MTSR) activity aims to increase the organizational resiliency of Cambodian civil society organizations (CSOs). This data asset is an endline survey of participating organizations and includes general organizational and budgetary information.

An additional four organizations provided only a 2021 budget. Budgets were provided by the civil society organization (CSO) financial manager, then underwent line-item classification by an enumerator, then were aggregated by source. 21 This civil society organization (CSO) survey dataset contains information for 87 different non-governmental organizations (NGOs) collected in 2022 and has 86 rows and 77 columns. It contains NGO demographic information (size, location, sector), activities conducted (amount of time spent on service delivery vs. advocacy vs. fundraising), and current challenges faced.
