Description
The State Treasury is responsible for maintaining the register of shares held by the State. The participations are divided into 3 categories and 6 subtypes:
companies governed by private law (Company of private law listed on the stock exchange, Company of private law not listed on the stock exchange);
legal persons governed by public law (Foundation, Grouping of economic interest GIE, Public establishment);
international Financial Institutions (International Financial Institution)
