Description
The database shall contain the following information: personal name (forename, surname), EMŠO, sex, residence (permanent, temporary; municipality, settlement, street, house number), education (professional address, educational institution, date of acquisition of education), name and address of employer (municipality, settlement, street, house number, tel., no.), tax number, bank, bank account number, e-mail address. The collection refers to members of examination committees for professional examinations in the field of education and education. The purpose of the collection is to pay for work in the examination committee.
