Description

The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Report to Congress contains a detail compilation of LIHEAP information concerning home energy consumption, amount, cost, and type of fuels used for eligible households, type of fuel used by income groups, the number of income levels and households assisted, and the number of households that include one or more individual who are 60 years or older, disabled, and children under the age of 6.
