Description
The Council has a duty under the 2004 Housing Act to maintain a public register of all houses in multiple occupation (HMO) licences for each registered property. Dataset includes: Licence Holders Name and Address; Reference Number; Start and End Date; Number of Storeys, Rooms for Sleeping, Self-Contained Flats and Shared Amenities; Maximum Number of Persons; Condition of Licence; Description of HMO.
