Annual reports of the Office for Supervision of the Organisation of Courts and Tribunals of the Ministry of Justice (SNOPS)
Description
Pursuant to Article 65b(4) of the Courts Act, the Supervision Service reports once a year on the inspections carried out and its findings to the minister responsible for justice. It also informs the Council for the Judiciary and the President of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Slovenia of the report and proposes to them the necessary measures to improve the situation. For the purposes of the transparent operation of the Supervision Service, the list shall also be published on the OPSI's website.
