Rental List of Residentials
Description
The rental register of a residential property contains information that Registers Iceland records from the registered leases of a residential property. This includes information on rental prices, the duration of the lease and the location of the rental property. It should be noted, however, that not all lease agreements are registered and the lease list contains only part of all lease agreements on residential property.
The data is updated monthly after registration and review. The rental fee is based on the 22nd month of each month or the first business day thereafter.
