Gender Equality — a strategic issue for your business
Description
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), with some 32,000 enterprises and currently employing nearly 210,000 people, account for just over fifty-five percent of Luxembourg’s domestic employment. In doing so, they are a key pillar to highlight the benefits of gender equality in the labour market and thus to foster social innovation.
