Landlocked Atlantic salmon radio telemetry SQL MAST output databases collected within the Boquet River, NY 2020

Description

SQLite databases containing derived radio telemetry from Sigma Eight Orion receiver data processed using Nebiolo and Castro-Santos (2022) "MAST" classification. Receivers were deployed within the Boquet River, NY in 2020 to monitor the upstream and downstream movement of landlocked Atlantic salmon with particular focus around the Willsboro cascades. Site-specific SQL databases contain with multiple iterations of tabular data which progressively have had suspected false positive detections of radio telemetry transmitters removed using machine learning.
