Upper Austrian Restructuring Ordinance 2021
Description
River sections covered by the "Ordinance of the Provincial Governor of Upper Austria, with a 3. Remediation programme for rivers is adopted", Provincial Law Gazette 97/2021, are concerned. Thus, for each legally existing transverse structure and in each residual water section in the affected river section, the guarantee of passability for the water type-specific fish species is prescribed.
