Description
For each examination entered in the WIS, a measuring point shall be established, specifying that, in principle, a measuring point is defined. If no measuring point is defined during the initial system or before entering the first test result, no measuring point can be added later.
The following types of measuring points are included in the dataset: Precipitation, Wastewater, Laboratory bus, Level, Qualitative OG
Precipitation: Quantitative measuring points. On the one hand, the measurement is carried out on behalf of the Hydrographic Central Bureau (Bund) and, after evaluation, flows into the Hydrographic Yearbook and on the other hand, country offices are also sampled.
Sewage measuring station: Measuring points of sewage treatment plants and wastewater producing plants where qualitative or quantitative measurement results are available in electronic form.
Laboratory bus: Hausbrunnen, which have been sampled in terms of quality as part of an action programme since 1991 by the Upper Austrian State Government. The wells were examined only once. The location has an inaccuracy of the ÖK50. Once an annual update with new measuring points.
Level (quantitative surface water measuring site): Quantitative measuring points on rivers and streams. On the one hand, the measurement is carried out on behalf of the Hydrographic Central Bureau (Bund) and, after evaluation, flows into the Hydrographic Yearbook and on the other hand, country offices are also sampled.
Qualitative surface water measuring site: Measuring points for qualitative sampling (chemical and/or biological) as prescribed or defined by the national programme.
