Description
Justis implements the Law on the Control of Legal Persons. The purpose of this law is to prevent and combat abuse by companies (legal entities, i.e. B.V.s, N.V.s, foundations, associations and cooperatives). Think of companies that participate in – or are used for – fraud, money laundering, drug trafficking or environmental crime. This dataset contains the number of risk reports and network drawings per quarter.
