Description
The Bibob Act is a (preventive) administrative law instrument. If there is a serious risk that, for example, a licence may be misused, the competent public authority may refuse the application or withdraw the licence issued. This prevents the government from facilitating criminal activities and also protects the competitive position of bona fide entrepreneurs. To determine the degree of danger, the public authority can request an opinion from the National Bureau Bibob (LBB). This dataset contains the number of Bibob opinions and conclusions issued per quarter.
