Description
The record of cases in the field of protection of whistleblowers of corrupt practices refers to applicants who submit a report on corrupt practices to the Commission. Types of personal data in the personal data collection: the personal name of the reporting person or his pseudonym; a decision on whether the applicant’s application was made in good faith; whether protection has been granted for the protection of the reporting person and his/her family members under the law governing the protection of witnesses.
