Record of final decisions on minor offences
Description
The register of final decisions shall comprise: data on the offender (personal name and EMŠO and address of permanent or temporary residence for a natural person or company name and registered office and a unique registration number for a legal person, if the offender is a foreigner, instead of the EMŠO his birth data), the legal classification of the offence, the number and date of the decision on the offence issued and the sanction imposed.
The entry of data in the register of final decisions on offences is carried out on the basis of data from final decisions issued by the offence authorities. Purpose of processing: (1) ensuring the enforcement of the legal consequences of decisions on offences and determining the sanctions imposed for offences, and (2) for issuing certificates of data contained in this record.
