Description
The record on the existence of a causal link referred to in the third paragraph of Article 25 of the ZIntPK refers to reporting persons who are subject to retaliatory measures as a result of the report and have caused adverse consequences for them. Types of personal data in the personal data collection: the personal name of the applicant; the personal name of the person requesting unlawful or unethical conduct; indication of the authority; the content of the assessment or transfer request.
