Property cadastre

Description

The real estate cadastre is designed as an official record of data on parcels, buildings and parts of buildings, which enables the entry of real rights on them (or parts of them) in the land register. The real estate cadastre is the basic record of data of the Republic of Slovenia on the position, form, physical and other characteristics of plots, buildings and parts of buildings, which shows the actual state of real estate. The real estate cadastre consists of recorded data on parcels, buildings and parts of buildings, as well as a collection of documents. The data entered on parcels, buildings and parts of buildings, as well as the collection of documents, shall be kept permanently. The real estate cadastre keeps data on areas of building rights and data on areas of real easements or quasi-real easements. In the real estate cadastre, as data layers, there are also data on cadastral municipalities, actual land use, land rating areas in the land rating layer and the temporary registration layer (areas of building right and data on the area of real servitude or quasi-real servitude before the land register decides on them).
