UDP - Artificial areas per Inhabitant, 2010 - 2050 (JRC LUISA Trend Scenario 2016)
Description
This indicator provides a measure of the surfaces of artificial areas per inhabitant (in square meters) for a specific year. Build-up areas correspond to land classified as urban, industrial and abandoned urban and industrial. Besides the built-up areas, artificial areas include the infrastructure and the green urban leisure land classes.
