Rome groundwater monitoring network – Dataset
Description
The data represent measurements related to the aquifer of the city of Rome. The points were located through the use of precision instruments as well as the measurement point’s share. In each station the altitude of the aquifer level is measured and where possible also the temperature, electrical conductivity and pH of the water, along with other parameters available on particular instruments. The data usually have a six-monthly periodicity as of the end of 2020, except for a few selected points where an instrument has been installed from June 2022 that can measure water level and temperature on an hourly basis.
