The geological cartography of the Italian seas on the 250k scale aims to provide a synthetic representation of the geological and stratigraphic structure of the Italian continental margins, based on uniform criteria to facilitate the comparison between adjacent areas and between stretches of continental margin in different and distant geodynamic contexts.The database is related to 6 sheets of the Adriatic Sea.
