Pollen and fungal spores POLLnet - Dataset
Description
The data represents the list of particles (types of pollen and fungal spores) detected by the aerobiological monitoring of the POLLnet network. The botanical families are assigned to the group "Types of pollen", then PARENT_ID=1 The genera are assigned to the corresponding botanical family, e.g. the genus Alnus is assigned to the family Betulaceae, then PARENT_ID=1323 The fungal spores are assigned to the group "fungal spores".The pollen can be filtered with the following parameters: FeatureID: for the output of a specific and PARENTID particle: to extract all the particles of a given group.
