Corine Land Cover 2012 IV level — Dataset
Description
The Corine Land Cover product on Italy at the fourth thematic level was created on the basis of the classification defined by the Ministry of the Environment. The Ministry carried out in 2012 a fourth thematic level coverage for natural and semi-natural areas, based on LandsatTM data for 2010. During the CLC2012 production, it was decided to update that figure on the basis of the infrastructure provided by the CLC2012 project. The minimum plotted unit shall be 20 hectares.
