Inventory Update Rule

Description

Information on chemicals manufactured or imported into the United States and listed on the TSCA Chemical Substances Inventory was collected periodically by the EPA as part of the Inventory Update Rule (IUR). This collection began in 1986 and was changed to the Chemical Data Reporting (CDR) rule in 2012.
