Insecticide Resistance Sub-Saharan Africa 2020: VectorLink CDC Bottle Bioassay Results
Description
This dataset includes data from insecticide resistance tests conducted by the President's Malaria Initiative (PMI) VectorLink project using Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Prevention bottle bioassays. The standard CDC bottle bioassay consists of exposing mosquitoes to a single insecticide to determine the percent mortality of the exposed mosquitoes at key time intervals. This dataset also includes data for CDC bottle bioassays conducted to evaluate the susceptibility of mosquitoes with the addition of a synergist, and data for CDC botte intensity assays that are conducted with varying insecticide concentrations. This dataset includes data from 2020. It has 21 columns and 1044 rows of data.
