Occupational diseases - monthly data - Italy
Description
Monthly data per protocol date on occupational diseases in Italy. For each occupational disease, 9 attributes grouped into 6 categories are provided.
**A - temporal location of the disease case:**
- _date of detection_: is the date of extraction of the data (registered and validated) from the archives; temporally qualifies the information base;
- _protocol date (if applicable)_: is the protocol date of the case;
**B - geographical location of the disease case:**
- _responsible Inail office_: indicates the province in which the case of occupational disease is dealt with;
**C - characteristics of the worker:**
- _worker identifier_: internal code (for longitudinal analysis);
- _gender_: is the gender of the worker;
- _Place of birth_: cadastral code of the worker’s place of birth;
**D - nosologic characteristics of the disease:**
- _ICD-10 Complained_: codifies the pathology reported according to the tenth revision of the "International Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems";
**E - administrative characteristics:**
- _case identifier_: internal code (for longitudinal analysis);
**F - forensic characteristics of the disease:**
- _management_: ‘agriculture’, ‘industry and services’, ‘on behalf of the State’;
