Description
To decide and conduct proceedings under this International Protection Act (ZMZ-1) and to ensure legal certainty in proceedings before courts and administrative bodies.
The register shall contain the personal name, scientific or professional address, date of designation, profession, date and place of birth, unique registration number of the citizen (EMŠO) and, for nationals of the Member States of the European Union or of the European Economic Area, the passport number, the postal address at which it can be contacted, the telephone contact number, the fax contact number, the contact e-mail address and employment or other status details. the personal name of the Refugee Adviser, scientific or professional address and telephone contact number, fax contact number and e-mail contact address. The public section of the directory is published on the website of the Ministry of Justice.
