Directory of mediators in criminal matters
Description
The records shall include the personal name, scientific or professional address, the area of the court for which the settlement agent is appointed, the date of appointment, the profession, date and place of birth, the unique registration number of the citizen (EMŠO), the postal address at which he can be contacted, the contact telephone and fax numbers, the contact email address and the employment or other status. The Settlement Directory shall be public in a section containing the following information: personal name of the adjuster, scientific or professional address, contact number of the telephone and the area of the court for which he is appointed as a mediator. The public part of the directory is published on the website of the ministry responsible for justice.
