Single Access Register of the Campania Regional Executive – ANAC DECISION No 1309 of 28 December 2016 – FOIA GUIDELINES
Description
The access register shows all the access requests received and processed by the Regional Council structures collected every six months. For each instance are reported, among other things:
the type of access requested,
the date of the application,
a description of the documentation and information to which access is requested,
the office responsible for working on the application,
the outcome of the same,
the date of the decision.
The publication of the Register is functional to the monitoring by ANAC of generalised access, and is intended to facilitate the exercise of the right of access by citizens and the consultation of applications submitted, simplify the management of requests and the related investigative activities, promote the harmonisation of decisions, monitor the progress of requests for access and the processing of them.
