This dataset presents the Hyalella azteca Official Gene Set OGSv1.3. This is an update to Official Gene Sets OGSv1.0 and OGSv1.2. Official Gene Set hyaazt_OGSv1.3 was generated by mapping hyaazt_OGSv1.2 (https://i5k.nal.usda.gov/bio_data/836772) to assembly GCF_000764305.2 using the program Liftoff v1.6.3 (https://github.com/agshumate/Liftoff).
