Espelette pepper PDO – Cadastral parcels used by producers in 2020
Raw data transmitted by the Espelette pepper union AOP then worked and put in its own by the CAPB.
Table highlighting cadastral plots in which one or more parcels of chili pepper is operated. There can be several parcels of chili on a cadastral plot. The area of a cadastral parcel is therefore not the area of a parcel of Piment.
To date, there are 516 plots occupied by pepper fields of Espelette PDO. 459 found a correspondence with the current cadastre. 11 % of parcels are missing on the current map.
