Table highlighting cadastral plots in which one or more parcels of chili pepper is operated. There can be several parcels of chili on a cadastral plot. The area of a cadastral parcel is therefore not the area of a parcel of Piment.

To date, there are 1769 plots occupied by pepper fields of Espelette PDO or declared as a pepper parcel of Espelette PDO. 581 did not find any correspondence with the current cadastre. 33 % of parcels are missing on the current map.
