Number of operators per municipality, or defaulted by postal code. All operators are located by their postal code, almost all by the municipality of their head office:
Producer: Producers (including producers with another activity: processing on the farm, producers’ shop...)
Transformers: Processors or restaurants (including processors having another activity: processors-distributors or processors-importers)
Distributors: Distributors (including distributors with an import activity: distributors-importers...)
Importers
ATTENTION: Data may be incomplete, area and flocks are on average underestimated by 10 % and some certifying agencies do not submit their data. Nevertheless, trends remain representative of the territory.
