To know the bus lines for which data is available, you must access:

To access the route and stops of a line.Example: http://www.zaragoza.es/api/resource/urbanism-infrastructure/transport-urban/line/35.(json|xml|csv)
To get only the stops
http://www.zaragoza.es/api/resource/urbanism-infrastructure/transport-urban/post.(json|xml|csv)
To get the coordinates in wgs84 (google) or utm30n format include the parameter srname.
Example:
