Traffic Status

Description

Data set on traffic density in Zaragoza. It contains information about traffic status based on sections, incidents and travel time. The date format is YYYYMMDD_HHMMSSZ, i.e. 4 digits for the year, 2 for the month, 2 for the day, a low dash, 2 digits for the hour, 2 for the minute, 2 for the second and the literal “Z” to indicate that the time is Zulu or UTC.The states field contains a string in which each character represents the state of a section, depending on the position it occupies. That is, the state of the tranche with id=23 is the 23 rd character of that chain. Therefore, if the maximum span id is 219, the string has to be 220 characters long. (updated every 30seconds) The “id” has no relation to the ids of the sections.Times are expressed in minutes and fractions (7.5 min = 7 min 30 sec)The field via contains an array of strings, each of which is an intermediate point in the described route.The current minute value can be -1. This means that the value measured by the sensors has a reliability below the defined threshold. This occurs frequently at night, as traffic between sensors is very low and does not allow to obtain representative statistical measurements.The value of minutesNormal indicates the reference value set for a route. If this reference value has not been set, the same value as minutesactual appears in the file.
