Effective cost of the services provided by the City Council and its dependent entities

Cost Effective also CE established in Order HAP/2075/2014 is the result, for each of them, of the application of the criteria contained in this Order, and will be determined by the aggregation of two components: direct costs, exclusively associated with each service, and indirect costs determined in accordance with the imputation criteria set out in this standard,
