The Rules of Procedure regulate in more detail the manner of the formation of the Municipal Council, the exercise of the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Councillors, the exercise of the rights and duties of the President and Vice-President of the Municipal Council, the composition and manner of the work of the working bodies, the manner and procedure for the adoption of acts in the Municipal Council, the convening, the work and the course of the session, the procedure of election and appointment, and other issues of importance for the work of the Municipal Council of the Municipality.
