Description
On the one hand, this document sets out the information on housing in Vitoria-Gasteiz according to the municipal cadastre; in particular: 1) housing no. dwellings according to building typology; 2) building typology of dwellings by neighbourhood; 3) dwellings according to cadastral area by neighbourhoods; 4) housing according to time of construction by neighborhoods; 5) homes according to cadastral value by neighborhoods; 6) housing according to the number of people registered. On the other hand, based on Eustat data, information is presented on the housing stock and the population and housing census in Vitoria-Gasteiz; specifically: 1) evolution of the housing stock by type of housing; 2) evolution of the housing stock by tenure regime; 3) free and protected housing construction; 4) evolution of housing planned by type of work; 5 ) evolution of licenses of major works by type of work ; 6) evolution of the average price of housing.
