In its Ultramarathon mode, Transvulcania has been part of the Skyrunner World Series since 2012. In fact, it is the test that opens the circuit of the [International Skyrunning Federation (ISF)](http://www.skyrunning.com/).
In addition, Transvulcania is included as a scoring test for the [Skyrunner National Series](http://www.skyrunnerseries.es/competicio.php?id_my=23) in the ultraseries (Ultramarathon) and Vertical (Vertical Kilometer) modalities, respectively.
In 2014, also the Transvulcania Vertical Kilomtero became a valid test for the Vertical Series, also organised by the ISF.
