Description

Location of authorisations to occupy the public domain issued to the businesses of the City of Lorient. This spatial dataset specifies: * The official name of the municipality * The INSEE code of the municipality * The full address of the sign * The type of terrace: * **fixed -** is considered as “fixed terrace” any terrace characterised either by the closure of the space delimited by furniture (garden, balustrades, windbreakers) or by the installation of a floor and its accompanying layout (guarding, ramp) * **mobile** \- is considered a mobile terrace, any terrace which, outside the opening hours of the establishment and outside the very operation of the terrace (installation of furniture, tables, chairs) does not privatise the right-of-way assigned to its use. The public domain remains free. the permanent **mobile terrace** is stored each evening in the establishment with permission to deploy it all year round. **The permanent and temporary mobile terrace** includes a permanent surface area and an area **** arranged each evening in the establishment with permission to deploy it for a limited period of time (from April to October). * The terrace area in m²
