Composition of the deliberative assembly of Morbihan Energies

In France, the open data publication of the composition of deliberative assemblies is now available. For municipalities, EPCI with own taxation, Departments and Regions, there is the Repertoire National des Elus ([https://www.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/donnees-du-repertoire-national-des-elus/]).

In this dataset it is a question of listing the members (elected or not) with voting power in the trade union committee, the deliberative assembly of Morbihan Energies. The mandate may or may not be valid (if the end date of the term of office is entered).

The Committee is made up of representatives from sectors designated from among the trade union stewards from the communes and intercommunalities of Morbihan. They are elected by demographic and geographical sectors at the meeting of the Electoral College. The Committee meets 4 times a year to deliberate on the Union’s guidelines and vote on its budget.
