Signal overflows on main tracks

Description

A signal overflow consists of crossing a signal with a closed appearance. This dataset shows the number of SPADs ("Signal Passed At Danger") on the main channels of the network. Crossing a red signal is not always a source of danger. By analogy, it is easy to compare this problem with that of motorists who burn red lights, thus exposing themselves to a collision with vehicles entering the same crossroads. In the railway world, when a signal is exceeded, this crossroads is called ‘the first dangerous point’ from which the train which has crossed the closed signal may collide with another train.
